Harvest Frost Alarm Lite

Harvest have designed a text message alarm unit which sends alarm messages to up to three different phones when a preset alarm temperature is reached.

The Text Message Frost Alarm runs on six D cell batteries and will operate for twelve months on one set of batteries. Simply put a prepay SIM card into the unit with $20 credit and that will give you 100 messages which should be enough for any spring frosts.

The temperature sensor is placed in the crop canopy at a suitable height for frost reporting.

The unit is housed in a genuine Pelican case which will withstand any weather and probably will even survive being driven over by your truck!

The unit can also be programmed to send a weekly test message and report the battery voltage so you know the unit is still working.

This Alarm unit can also be used as a Greenhouse High or Low Temperature Alarm.

The unit is supplied with a serial cable and free software to program the unit or Harvest will program the unit for you at no extra cost.
